My Name is Alex Oak. I am mainly an opportunistic commercial investor and have also done some residential projects. I also have a team that is specific to wholesaling as we have found it is a low-risk way to make an income and get a great network in the process.
I'm new here to bigger pockets and thrilled to be a part of this amazing space.
