Hi,

I am a 24 year old with capital, good credit score, I am a realtor, and I am looking to purchase a fix n flip deal. I want to partner up with someone who also has capital, and who wants to succeed. 

If you know anyone who is interested, or you yourself are interested, feel free to add to this forum. Also, I would appreciate any advice you can offer.
