Hi Kent,

This should not be an issue as most rehab loans tend to fall in the 10-12 range based off experience and DSCR rates currently range from the high 5's to mid 8's depending on FICO, type of property, and LTV. The majority of rates for DSCR loans that I've quoted tend to fall in the high 6's to low 7's with a 720+ FICO and max LTV.

If you have a scenario in mind, I'd be happy to give you some rough quotes.
