Hi there,

I'm looking for investor-focused contractors in the HOU area who can help walk/take pictures of properties & provide estimates of repair/renovation costs as part of my due diligence process prior to getting the property under contract. Does anyone have any recommendations for any reliable contractors or individuals with contracting/home repair experience that provides these services? Would love to connect, thanks! :)
