DSCR lenders w/ aggressive rates? ( NOT DOMINION)
Anyone have any advice on lenders?
Weve got established track record going back many years, currently hold multiple properties and have a solid credit score.
Any recommendations? I’ve already got the appraisal and all paperwork ready to go. We keep getting pushed back by our current provider and are seeking alternatives for this and future transactions.
