Looking for investment property rehab lenders. Something similar to Renovo or a small bank in Chicago, not looking for high fee hard money. Have 3 rental properties but have not done 2 in last 2 years so did not pass for Renovo current rules. If prefer to PM feel free too. Would love to get a good relationship going a local bank for future projects. Thank you
