How To Make $100k Per Year With Rental Properties

Hey all, I wrote a post this week about how many rentals you need to make $100k per year.

I help investors, primarily from out of state, get started in the Detroit market and I get asked this question a LOT.

The issue is most people look at the small $100 - $200/month that a rental will initially generate and have a hard time conceptualizing how that becomes meaningful.

I actually go through some real world examples of my own portfolio to show how significantly rents can increase and what you can do to push them higher over the years.

Take a read and join the newsletter: https://www.buyingdetroitrealestate.com/how-many-rental-prop...

And if you're interested in midwest markets like Detroit, Cleveland, Columbus, Ohio, St Louis, Memphis, Toledo, or others please feel free to reach out. I have a lot of experience in these sorts of markets and I help invests every day get started building their rental portfolio!
