Looking for financing with 60 day late

Henry White
Posted

Looking to close on a deal but had a 60 day late due to a clerical oversight with autopay on a mortgage within the past 12 months.

Have four properties with solid borrowing history over a 7 year span outside of this instance and am financially healthy.

Am I lendable? Hoping for a DSCR loan

Hi Henry -

Since the focus is more on the property's income than on personal credit history for DSCRs you still have options. Even with a late payment, your overall stability can work in your favor. It's worth discussing your situation with a DSCR lender for tailored advice. Sending you a dm to connect further!
