Wholesalers & Private Money Lenders WANTED- West Michigan
Hey everyone!
New to BP and looking to continue to build my team. I'm looking for wholesalers in the West Michigan area, specifically Muskegon but I live in Grand Rapids and are interested in any numbers that work in West MI. To succeed buying wholesale properties you'll need:
1) Accurate ARVs
2) Great inspector
-Never trust the seller or wholesaler provided inspectors!
3) Great contractor
-You'll want an accurate rehab number ASAP
