Need Solution for Managing Multiple Vacation Rentals

I’ve been managing multiple vacation rental properties for a while now, and I’m looking for a tool that can simplify my workflow. Between managing guest communications, tracking bookings, and handling maintenance tasks, things can get a little chaotic. 😅 What I really need is a tool that offers property owners limited but useful access to their properties, such as viewing their booking calendars, financial reports, and the ability to adjust pricing. At the same time, I’d like to maintain overall control, especially when it comes to tasks like blocking dates for maintenance or handling sensitive guest information.

Ideally, I’m looking for something that lets owners see all relevant information without giving them too much access, making the collaboration smoother. It would be great if this tool can also streamline financial reporting and allow for efficient task management, so I don’t have to constantly switch between different apps or spreadsheets.

Oh, and I just found something called Espace Propriétaires by RentalReady, which looks like it might cover all these needs. Has anyone tried it? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 😊
