Seeking Lending Partners 230k Needed on 3 single family houses in NC

I have 3 great single family houses in NC that I'm seeking a lending partner for a 6-12 month note (or longer if possible). Total note needed 230K but if you have 60k-100K I can also work with that.  I can pay 11% on capital. I'm a seasoned real estate investor with 8 years of experience and existing rental portfolio.
