Looking to connect with REIT's, Investment Banks, & Other Institutional CRE Investors

Hi there -

I hope this post finds everyone well!

I have a large portfolio of commercial properties of different classes and types (i.e. MF 10 unit - 1,000+, Retail, Hotel, Flex & Mixed Use). I understand this post is relatively vague; however, it would be too much to type as the properties are spread throughout the US. We have a number of institutions that we currently work with, however - the amount we're offloading is again, quite heavy.

If there is anyone that is interested, (brokers/lenders/attorneys are also welcome) I would love to connect. Please feel free to reach out to me on Bigger Pockets, our REI Skool Group, or Linkedin - I'd love to set up a time to connect over in person, over the phone, or via Video Conference depending on location to get acquainted & discuss any potential opportunities we may have or explore other ways we may be able to add value to one another.

I look forward to connecting, getting deals done, and developing mutually beneficial, value-add business relationships for the long term.

Cheers,

Jackson
