Hey everyone! I'm looking tonbuy a duplex outside Fort Myers FL that I came accross using RP Capital. Has anyone used them before? What are you impressions?

What should I know about buying in FL?

It's pretty inland and is made of cinderblocks. What construction items should I be in the lookout for due to hurricanes?
