I built a web site to fill last-minute vacancies...

I'm an STR owner and, after talking to some other owners, came up with this idea to make a site that helps fill last-minute vacancies. The idea is hosts provide their property info and reservation calendar then, every week, we send properties that are vacant out to potential guests that are interested in last-minute travel deals. It's similar in concept to various airline deal sites.

Anyway, the site is LodgingLotto.com, it's completely free and you'll always be able to advertise your property for free. I'd be grateful if you'd give it a try and welcome any feedback you may have.
