Looking for Brokerage to Facilitate Fannie Mae Refinance on 2 Apartment Buildings

We have used Northmarq for our last few Fannie Mae refinances, but we may be looking to make a change. We are looking for any contacts people may have with brokerages with experience handling agency debt. Our last few refi's have just seemed much harder than they had to be, and we seem to get worse terms than we expected, so if anyone has contacts for a great brokerage that could help, that'd be great!
