Looking to redeploy some capital and wanted to see if there are any recommended lenders to refi out a duplex in the Little Rock, AR market. What kind of rates is everyone seeing for DSCR loans ?

Hi @Arun Santhanam just sent you a DM. We are able to refi with a 660 FICO up to 80%. Rates would be in the 8's though. If you're FICO is higher, we can get you into the 6's
