Looking for specialized agent/ wholesaler on buying distressed properties

Hello, i'm looking to connect with experienced wholesaler or agent in the Pooler/Richmond hill/Guyton areas, who can source me with off market properties,  I can buy with cash in discount. my strategy is light TLC and then rent or resell.    

Note: i have already had real estate agent i'm working with, mostly looking for off market opportunities for distressed property.
