Is a JV a Good Way To Start Out In Wholesaling?

Hey Wholesalers,

I'm a new wholesaler in the Houston area with little experience but lots of drive and motivation to perform. Is JVing on deals a good way to start out in wholesaling and if so do you have any recommendations on a JV deal that makes sense for both parties? I am motivated to drive for dollars if there is a wholesaler that will make calls.

Any advice is great!
