Seeking Recommendations for Tax Strategist and Preparer

I'm on the lookout for a tax strategist and tax preparer who specializes in working with small real estate investors, particularly those focused on buy and hold strategies. My properties are located in Indiana and Michigan. It would be ideal if they have experience with cost segregation and, preferably, also invest in real estate themselves.
