Lenders offering 9 unit financing
I need good lenders for my investment property, which includes a 9-unit project. I have one residential and one mixed-use property. I'm wondering which financing option is better: going with full documentation (full doc) or using a Debt-Service-Coverage-Ratio (DSCR) loan? DSCR seems a bit more expensive, but full doc loans only offer 5 and 10-year term loans, meaning I'd need to refinance again.

@Sonia Jones I can offer you quotes on DSCR loans for both 5-10 properties and mixed-use. Would love to chat. DSCR loans are 30 year loans typically (at least that's what we/I offer), but on our mixed-use and 5-10 unit product, you get a large pricing boost using a 5/6 ARM.
