We are currently in contract and set to close this Friday 3/28/14 on a great home located in a very hot suburb of Columbus (Hilliard) where properties are selling FAST and for TOP DOLLAR.. ARV on this property is $250K (very conservative based on comps) and we are seeking 70% LTV for a total of $175K in private lender funds for this deal, and the loan will be secured by first lien on the property.
