Finding qualified buyers

Hello everyone! As a newer wholesaler I just want some advice on what are some other ways you guys are finding qualified buyers in your local market. I've already done the basics such as reaching out in Facebook groups, attending networking events, etc. I just want to know some ways that are kind of outside the box in which I can find these buyers that not too many people know about.
