New out of state investor in Kansas City

Hi Everyone, my wife and I just purchased our first SFH in Kansas City and are reaching out for help building a team out there. Any help is appreciated as far as advice on areas, property management etc. We are looking to purchase our next place soon for a BRRR and are need of general contractor and sub contractors. Thank you for any help!
