STR Rental @ $900k Purchase / $200k Annual rental income - 90% LTV DSCR Options?

Hello All!

New to the BP community. Looking for a DSCR lender for the purchase of an existing short term rental property that we manage. It does 200k+ in annual gross revenue and has been consistent over the last 19 months that we've managed. My partner needs to sell in order to access capital for larger real estate purchase. 900k purchase price. Have no problem providing bank statements. Any and all help is very much appreciated!
