Hihiii. Name’s Korinne and I’m so excited to be accepted into the BiggerPockets family! Like I said, I may be new but I am driven and ready to continue learning and leveling up my skill sets. I recently moved to Eastsound, WA, an island off the coast. My hopes are to purchase my first multi-family rental investment property in Texas. Thank you again for welcoming me and I hope to chat with you all soon!

Hi Korinne,

Great spot to invest Texas offers a few cities that are booming right now and rents that allow for solid cash flow.  DFW is a great spot and if you need a great real estate agent reach out to Lucia Rushton she is a Member here on the BG forum @Lucia Rushton

Its also a good time because mortgage rates are starting to drop and looking good for 2025. If you have not looked into DSCR its another great investor program, No employment, No tax returns needed so DTI is not a factor and it uses the rents to qualify!

If you ever have any questions feel free to reach out I enjoy helping bigger pockets members find loopholes plus save money and time!
