Looking for a real estate agent to list a reciently foreclosed SFR
The agent need to have exipericnce dealling with an REO that is occupied and has exiperince with selling the investors who purchase properies in as-is conditoin w/out seeing the interior (i.e. buyer who probley purchase at foreclousre auctions).
