Looking for out of state investing in-person meet ups

My husband and I live in SoCal (Long Beach area), looking for an in-person REI group that we could go to regularly in order to network. Everything seems to be for people investing in the CA area. We own a duplex in Texas and are looking to expand our portfolio to other parts of the US. Thanks for any insight or thoughts!
