Spread sheet w Summary wanted

Hello,

I have 10 units, 3 buildings and looking for a  basic spreadsheet that is simple but we'll designed for quick data input.

i tried Etsy and those are either way too much info or flawed.

Any ideas?

I will happily pay for a good spreadsheet.
