Seeking mentorship for wholesaling & flipping
My name is Darrel and I am retired. I am drawing social security and living in a Mexican border town (Nuevo Laredo) I am seeking mentorship. I want ro make enough money to come out of retirement and make enough money to move father away from the USA. I have found a place where less than $200K USD can buy an apartment in the city center, and a large tract of farm land 10 miles outside the city. That's what I want to do. Houston is the market I'm interested in.
