Looking for a private HM Lender who wishes to boost it's business

We are in the process of building a FinTech venture in the RE lending sphere.
We are looking to partner up with a Lender who is :
1. Looking to boost it's business by a quantum leap.
2. Is a private money lender
3. Doing HML
4. Doing long-term refinancing - Not a must.
5. Not a loan broker.
