Seeking Experienced Property Management Consultant to Help Build In-House

I am a real estate investor actively growing my multifamily portfolio .  I own 90+ units and am transitioning toward scaling my operations and building an in-house property management team. I’m looking for an experienced Property Management Consultant to guide me with hiring the property manager, establishing KPIs, setting day-to-day expectations, and ensure ongoing accountability.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Property Management: Ideally, the consultant should have experience in managing and developing property management teams, especially in multifamily real estate.
• Hiring Support: Help craft job descriptions, interview candidates, and select the best property manager for our portfolio.
• Establish Accountability: Set clear expectations and KPIs for the property manager’s day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, maintenance tracking, leasing, and rent collection.
