Rookie investor interested in multi-family rentals

Hi everyone. I’ll be selling (co-owned with now ex-husband) my long time multi family (house hack) in a few weeks and will be receiving a pretty size-able profit from it. Aside from purchasing another primary residence-I’m looking to buy some multi-family rentals. I’m very open to out-of -state investing, but will for now primarily focus on the Springfield and Worcester markets. Everywhere else in Boston seems impossible. Excited to be here and eager to learn and connect.
