Hello Team : Sorry new to Real Estate Wholesale. Just received my license registered broker ( Both National as well as Illinois ). Have many distressed property sellers across Illinois eg Chicago ( Englewood, West Garfield Park etc, Peoria, SpringField , Rockford ) selling below market price 30% and off market deals ( not on MLS). Need sponsored managing broker , any inputs ? any leads will be highly appreciated . Ok to split revenue , thanks team
