Looking for a Project manager for out of state investor being hands off

Hi everyone, 

In need of recommendations for a reliable project manager to oversee the day to day work on site to transform a property to a STR. Work will consist of some aesthetic work in the house, landscaping in the backyard, and then furnishing and design implementation on the whole property. Main goals are for someone to facilitate the day to day activity with contractors and workers at the property, take deliveries and install furniture and design pieces.
