Hello BiggerPockets community! I’m Brietta from West Seattle, and I’ve been passionate about real estate in one form or another for most of my life — from property maintenance and landlording to now building SoCo, a co-living company focused on creating modern, connected micro-communities within single-family homes.

I’m currently looking for 4–6 bedroom properties (ideally with the same number of bathrooms or en-suites!) in high walk-score and transit-accessible areas. I’m especially interested in seller financing opportunities and properties that lend themselves well to shared living without compromising privacy and comfort.

Outside of real estate, I’m a product leader in tech and a mom to a wonderful toddler. I love good design, great food, community-building, and finding the little efficiencies that make life smoother.
