Thinking of selling off market SFR with tenant
He BP friends, I thinking of selling a SFR of mine. It's cash flowing and a decent home and rental. Reason for selling is that I would like the capitol to help fund a business purchase. Its a 4 bed 2 bath 1,152 sqft. Built in 1980 and on 0.79 acre and in great school district. I have never be on this end of the investing side of selling an off market rental. It could use minor updating like paint and counter tops, small kitchen. Does have hardwood flooring and new electrical panel and I fixed the foundation after I first bought it. Let me know if yall have any thoughts or input on helping me out on this endeavor.
