Daniel Graham Holdings LLC is on a mission to make real estate investing more accessible, profitable, and passive for everyday investors. Through our operating company, Best Property Management LLC, we are transitioning investor owned and managed properties to manage residential multifamily properties for both our investor-backed portfolio and third-party owners—starting in Chicago and expanding across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and beyond.

We’re seeking a Designated Managing Broker (DMB) to join us at the ground floor of our expansion. You’ll provide state-required oversight and compliance as we scale operations to $1.5M in Invested Capital and 150+ managed doors within the next 12–24 months, with long-term plans for national growth.

🧰 The Role (Ideal for Experienced or Semi-Retired Brokers)
✅ Serve as the Designated Managing Broker of record with IDFPR
✅ Supervise leasing agents or brokers, if and when added
✅ Provide light-touch compliance and strategic oversight
✅ Maintain IDFPR documentation, policies, and company records
✅ Optional: Advise on growth strategy, hiring, or expansion markets
