Hello BP Community! This is my first post. I've been listening to the BP podcast since 2017 and occasionally browsing this website.

I'd like to introduce myself. I'm based in Bellevue but licensed to assist anyone in Washington State. I purchased my first house in 2019 with 0% down using a VA loan, converted the garage into a bedroom, and house-hacked until I graduated from UW. As a U.S. Navy veteran, VA loans are my specialty. I hold a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, which helps me understand the economy and leverage it in real estate investing.

The podcast and this forum have been invaluable to me, and I want to give back. I won’t claim to know everything about real estate, but I’m confident in finding answers.
