Looking for an agent to sell commercial vacant land in Volcano, Hawaii

Aloha BP, 

My husband and I are thinking of potentially selling a piece of vacant land in the heart of Volcano Village on the Big Island of Hawaii. It is CV zoned, meaning it can be developed into STVR units, and it is minutes away from the famed Volcanoes National Park. Our plan was originally to develop a small STVR inn but our plans have changed and are now considering selling it. I thought I'd reach out on BP to see if anyone, agents or buyers/developers, might be interested.
