How Can I Get Started in House Flipping?

NA NA
Posted

Hey everyone,

I’m 22 years old, recently joined the plumbing union here in Houston, and just landed a solid job that allows me to save around $1,500–$2,000 per month. I don’t have much saved right now, but I’m really interested in getting into house flipping long-term.

Right now, I’m trying to figure out:

  • How much money I’d realistically need to get started?

  • What steps I can take while I’m still in the saving phase?

  • Are there any books, YouTube channels, or other resources you’d recommend for learning the ropes?

  • If you were in my shoes, what would you do to prepare?

I’m willing to learn and hustle — just looking for a roadmap or some guidance from people who’ve been down this path. Appreciate any advice or insight you can share!
