Looking for a good appraiser in Pueblo Colorado

I would like to get a better understanding on how much I can refinance my first BRRRR for. Houses in this market are kinda all over the place, and I also would like to have a better understanding on how much more value an accessory dwelling unit would add to the property to see if it makes sense to have one built.

Would probably hire a Realtor to do a broker price opinion (BPO), rather than try to hire an actual appraiser directly on your own.
