Advice on software Remodeling

I am looking for advice or insight on software that can help me manage my flips and remodeling projects. I started out  2 years ago with 3 flips and I am doing 15 this year and looking to do 20+ next year. Obviously, I need to expand and develop my systems. As such, looking at any technology , programs, and/or software can help me manage multiple projects. 

Specs I am looking for

- Online and prefer that it has an accompanying app 

- Help manage bids, subs, estimations, etc 

- Easy to use!!!!! (A must!) 

- Affordable and flexible 

BONUS: 

Would also be open to any advice on other technology that can help in flipping projects. I have been experimenting   with AI platforms with positively-mixed reviews! Again, any insight would be appreciated.
