Building a Foreclosure Assistance Network in NJ — Investors, Attorneys, Agents Needed

Aaron Loveless
Posted

Hi everyone,

Over the past year, I’ve been working closely with homeowners facing foreclosure here in New Jersey. It’s been incredibly meaningful work, and now I’m looking to build a strong network of like-minded professionals to help expand the impact.

Specifically, I’m looking to connect with:
✅ Investors (fix & flip, buy & hold)
✅ Lenders (hard money, private)
✅ Landlords open to creative deals
✅ Attorneys (bankruptcy, probate, mortgage fraud)
✅ Real estate agents, especially in Central and South Jersey

One scenario I get asked about a lot:
“Can you reinstate the loan and rent the house back to us?”
This isn’t something I handle — but if that’s someone’s niche, there’s a clear need for it in this space.

For reference, I’m a licensed agent based in North Jersey and would love to collaborate, share insights, or refer leads that aren’t a fit for me.

If you’re interested in connecting, drop a comment or DM me! Let’s create some win-win solutions for NJ homeowners.
