We need $200K/$2M USD for a client bridge loan. The bridge is for escrow accounts to trigger two funding events. These are 2 separate escrow accounts to trigger 2 different events. Needs to be funded in 24-48hrs. No real estate involved. Money will be held in escrow attorney created or hedge fund escrow accounts, and will not be released until funding confirmation by the borrower’s lender. The investor will be paid out 3x the amount they put in, in less than 90 days. Private individuals preferred.
