My name is Gwendolynn Herndon and I am super happy to be a part of this community. I am a licensed Realtor living in Eugene Oregon and I would love to network and make some friends in the real estate community. I do have a wholesale deal I would like to first put on showcase here (check out my profile for more details.) Secondly, as a Realtor of course I have to advertise myself as an agent and investor as well. While my pockets aren't super deep yet. I do have a ton of local knowledge and drive which will be super helpful to anyone who wants to partner up with me and make some money. I also want to share some of my industry opinions. If you are seeing this because I sent you here it is likely because you were asking about some tips and tricks. Firstly I use "Lofty" as my CRM I find it easy to use and reasonably priced. The app is very user friendly and has AI capabilities. Second I have it linked up with my Zillow paid leads, website leads, and prop stream data. I have no complaints about prop-stream data which I know plenty of people ask about the quality. I primarily use the email advertising there. I do wish it would allow you to see more data (colorful charts and numbers) on who is opening the website and viewing emails. I plan on experimenting with post cards eventually, however I currently have a partner who goes door to door with doorhangers and that has been working well for me. I use Dave Kammerer at Summit Funding for my regular residential lending, and I have a great relationship with Zach Smith at Cetan funds for hard money loans. I love Tina Nault for all my title and escrow needs at Cascade Title. I am also a member of OREIA and Grace Widdicombe who leads those meetings is a dear friend of mine. I have recommendations for inspectors, contractors, landscapers, mold specialists, well testers, sewer specialists and so much more if you are looking for a reputable partner in any of those fields.
