Referral Request: Need Honest Realtor for Akron/Cleveland SFH Investments

Hi all,
I’m a remote investor based in Austin, TX, with two single-family rentals in the Akron area (44305 and 44306). I plan to acquire three more units this year and another seven in 2026.

I’m currently looking for a new realtor experienced in the Akron/Cleveland market. The agent I previously worked with consistently pushed his own flip listings—often failing to disclose conflicts of interest—and provided inflated rental comps while misrepresenting neighborhood details.

I’m seeking a trustworthy realtor who understands the local market and can help me identify single-family homes that will cash flow at least $500/month per unit. I’d greatly appreciate any referrals from fellow investors active in this area.
