Would love to hear from only real estate investors actively working in the Putnam County are of New York and surrounding areas on this one please.

Are there any investors on BP that can recommend an attorney that they have used for creative real estate finance deals in the above area(s)?

In search of an attorney that is already very familiar with and has done many of them already (sub two, seller financing etc...).
