Looking for the best property management company in Birmingham Alabama

Whether you are an in-state or out-of-state investor, I need to know who is the best PMC for section 8 or regular tenants.  If you are working with such a PM, would you be willing to DM me a copy of that PMC's management agreement so that I can review it?
