Looking for tax advisor/preparer, W2 + investment properties + stock options

Hello, I have a tax preparer who basically punches in numbers that I provide into her tax software and tells me how many tens of thousands of dollars I have to pay in taxes in addition to the W2 withdrawals. No advise or optimization. 

id love to find a tax advisor and possibly preparer who can help with tax strategies for high w2 earners with several cash flowing duplexes and furplex, all of them in California. We live in California too. Thank you!
