Hello, 

Is that crack in the wall bad? Do I need to hire a foundation guy for 50 billion dollars to seal it? Can I build an ADU here?

These are some often questions I get as a contractor, serving the greater King and Pierce areas. I've often wished I could help more people ease their fears on work that needs done on homes. Honestly, a lot of the time it's just a few days of labor for a knowledgeable contractor to fix, or adjust certain items.
